Here are a few document PDFs that could improve your results with the Paleobetic Diet, in turn improving your health. That’s the goal, right?
The Daily Log in reality is a week of daily logs on one page. (A Weekly Log, then?) It will remind you of the main components of the Paleobetic Diet, lists the various vegetables and fruits (with serving sizes), and has slots for recording blood sugars and notes.
The diet has an amazing amount of variety, as you’ll see on the grocery shopping list.
Standard printer paper in the U.S. is 8.5 x 11 inches (21.6 x 27.9 cm). That’s probably what these PDFs will be printing at. I understand that other countries have different standard paper sizes. If you’re outside the U.S. and have either trouble or success printing these documents, I’d appreciate some feedback. Especially if you’re in the U.K., Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Most of my non-U.S. visitors are from those countries. (South Africa, you need to catch up!)
By the way, if you have the bare-bones version of the Paleobetic Diet, you have three days’ worth of meals (21 meals). You’ll find at least another four day’s worth if you click “Recipes” in the Categories section on the right side of this page.

I would like to buy the book The Diabetes Fix by Roy Taylor
I had not heard of that book, Leon. I’m guessing it’s a 600 calorie/day diet, for starters.
