Darya Pino suggests smoked paprika on fried eggs. Not regular paprika, smoked. Hope my local supermarket has it. I got the fresh eggs—my chickens lay five a day, enough to share with the dogs now and then.
Penzeys spices has the best smoked paprika and an awesome spice selection all around. There are two in the Valley – Tempe Marketplace and at Tatum and Shea by the Whole Foods there. I too love it on eggs of all types. Thought as a fellow Paleoish Arizonan I would share the tip.
